Made from 100% Biancu Gentile, this Corsican grape variety offers an incredible complexity, and a beautiful expression of pure white fruits!
With a clear to crystalline straw yellow colour, this pure Biancu Gentile offers us an expressive and very fresh nose of white fruit and pomelo. On the palate the attack is full, round, fresh and well balanced. A lovely bottle that will go well with Mediterranean dishes, baked fish or shellfish, or simply as an aperitif.

DOMAINE OLIVELLA

Located halfway between Bastia and Porto -Vecchio, in Campo Quercio, at the foot of the mountains. For 5 generations, the Olivella estate has developed citrus growing and vine cultivation in parallel. Farming from father to son, the estate favours sustainable agriculture. As such, it has been awarded the HEV label, which guarantees that the agricultural practices used on the entire estate preserve the natural ecosystem.
