LOVE BY LÉOUBE - ROSÉ 2021

0,75 L Rosé Wine / France / Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur / Côtes de Provence AOC / 13 % vol

AB (organic wine) EU organic farming
A Provençal rosé created in the purest Léoube style!
Love by Léoube is truly delightful - fruity, well rounded and smooth. It's a blend of traditional rosé varieties from the Côtes de Provence, mainly Grenache and Cinsault. Directly pressed, fermented after pre-clarification, malolactic fermentation and then natural deposit clarification before bottling. The nose is a mixture of citrus and red fruits. On the palate, it has a perfect balance of freshness and round flavours. The perfect companion to a Provençal-style salad of octopus or prawns.

CHÂTEAU LEOUBE

The Domaine Léoube is unique: tucked away in a coastal strip blessed by the gods, in the heart of one of Europe's most beautiful protected areas, it manages to combine the elegance of the Grand Cru wines with the authenticity of a passionately preserved terroir. Facing the sea, opposite the islands of Hyères in the commune of Bornes-les-Mimosas, the bay of Léoube is a paradisiacal place where sky, earth and sea meet and where very well-balanced wines are produced, the result of organic wine-growing that respects the natural ecosystem.
