Its grapes are macerated at a low temperature and then aged over fine lees in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and purity if its fruit flavours. A lovely rosé wine with a minerality that comes from the clay-limestone soil, rich in shale and quartz. A smooth palate, dominated by vine peach and citrus notes. A good freshness that lingers along with gentle saline notes at the finish.
