Saint M reserve wine from Château Saint-Maur is a fine, elegant vintage with white peach, raspberry and gooseberry aromas. We find a fine balance between substance, body and freshness on the palate, with an elegant finish that has gentle lemon notes. The vines have been planted in clay-limestone soil, packed with shale and quartz. Mouth-watering as an aperitif, Saint M makes a perfect accompaniment to your carefully prepared meals such as salmon tartare.
