TRIPLE 75CL - BRASSERIE NINKASI

0,75 L France / Beer / Belgian Pale Ale / 8,4 % vol

A golden, abbey-style beer with a pronounced sweetness: the assured personality of a Triple!
Ninkasi Triple is a Belgian specialty beer, traditionally brewed by monks in abbeys. It develops a silky, malty body from the start, supported by the strength of the alcohol that warms the palate. A slight persistent bitterness awakens and softens your taste buds. A real tasting beer, to be drunk in moderation.

BRASSERIE NINKASI

Opened in Lyon in 1997, Brasserie Ninkasi is a unique concept in France. In the early 1990s, its founders left to train in American micro-breweries, then booming. On their return, they set up a living space in the Gerland district where a French beer factory, bar-restaurant and concert hall coexist. Faced with growing success, they moved to a former dyeing plant in Tartare, a small town on the outskirts of Lyon, where the water was intended to be particularly pure and soft. Since then, Ninkasi has remained one of Lyon's most successful businesses: to this day, there are seven bar-restaurants across Lyon and the Gerland parent company remains one of the city's must-see cultural venues. With a wheat beer voted favorite in the Guide Hachette des Bières, production gradually exceeds the Rhône to make itself known to all the good wine merchants in France. By the way, what does Ninkasi mean? In Sumerian mythology (Mesopotamia between -5000 and -1750 BC), Ninkasi is the name of the goddess of beer...
