LES VIGNES OUBLIÉES - JEAN-BAPTISTE GRANIER

Initially, the project of Jean-Baptiste Granier, a young agricultural engineer, and Olivier Jullien aimed to preserve plots of the commune of Saint-Privat on the way to becoming cooperative lands. From this company was born the Domaine des Vignes Oubliés, one of the tastiest collaborations of the Terrasses du Larzac. Because any self-respecting Languedoc- Roussillon wine lover necessarily knows these wines aged in the cool of a cave, in an old oil mill. A real estate of the soil which has known how to touch the most refined palates.
