Wow, this is a bottle that has a lot going for it! What a character and what a demonstration of strength! Opened a few hours in advance, the decanting did it a lot of good, the texture on the palate is impressive ! more reviews

A remarkable effort and tremendous value of this Serodes-Kovac partnership!
The Vallée des Aigles was born a few years ago from the collaboration between the winegrowers of the Roussillon region and the Domaine de l'Agly estate. First in the Limoux region and then in the Montagne Noire near Carcassonne, all these vineyards are situated at high altitude and are coveted by magnificent species of eagles. Inspired by these kings that roam our skies, the fruit of the collaboration with many winemakers of this region is called the Valley of the Eagles. Discover this bottle with its scent of small black fruits and a palate that marvellously combines power and finesse, the tannins are silky and the length announces an enormous potential for ageing!

SERODES & KOVAC

David Serodes & Boris Kovac: "In the course of our oenology studies, with great pleasure, we became very close friends, and this is still the case. Since 1994, as consulting oenologist, our job is to develop relationships with winegrowers all over France and to accompany them in the marketing of their beautiful products in parallel with our own production." David is originally from Nîmes and has been involved in the world of wine since he was a child, so it is natural that he has remained on this path. Self-taught and resourceful by nature, this enthusiast can be found in the vineyards, in the mountains with his hands on the handlebars or even on a sailing boat with his son! As for Boris, he is of Serbian origin, son of Doctor Vladimir Kovac, a university professor and scientist of Oenology, a destiny that is all but written! Boris has been working as an oenologist in different wineries for 30 years and is now the owner of Domaine de l'Agly.
