Velvety texture, lots of power and nicely integrated oak!
This is a bottle that emphasises silky elegance rather than pure extract, while offering extraordinary flavour and complexity. A meticulous blend with a dominance of Syrah bringing a rich mix of black fruits and spices. Despite being aged in new barrels, it is perfectly integrated and melted. Everything is perfect here, but don't hesitate to leave a few in the cellar.

SERODES & KOVAC

David Serodes & Boris Kovac: "In the course of our oenology studies, with great pleasure, we became very close friends, and this is still the case. Since 1994, as consulting oenologist, our job is to develop relationships with winegrowers all over France and to accompany them in the marketing of their beautiful products in parallel with our own production." David is originally from Nîmes and has been involved in the world of wine since he was a child, so it is natural that he has remained on this path. Self-taught and resourceful by nature, this enthusiast can be found in the vineyards, in the mountains with his hands on the handlebars or even on a sailing boat with his son! As for Boris, he is of Serbian origin, son of Doctor Vladimir Kovac, a university professor and scientist of Oenology, a destiny that is all but written! Boris has been working as an oenologist in different wineries for 30 years and is now the owner of Domaine de l'Agly.
