Complex, elegant and fine on the palate, excellent Sauvignon!
The single vineyard Grassnitzberg was the first vineyard owned by the Tement family and was planted in the early 1950s. It is a limestone terroir with a perfect exposure that brings maturity and freshness to the wine. This Sauvignon impresses with its depth, mineral and citrus notes, blending with spices and flowers. A lot of freshness and youthfulness, suggesting a great ageing potential! Can also be drunk young for more freshness, it goes very well with dishes based on grilled vegetables or fried fish.
