A very structured, round and complex Sauvignon Blanc that is just beginning to show its great class!
The Ehrenhausen vineyards are characterised by a fertile coral limestone soil. After more than 18 months on the lees, it is surprisingly balanced and elegant. This Sauvignon Blanc has delicate notes of citrus and white flowers. We recommend opening it 1 hour before drinking. Perfect with fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.
