Volnay is certainly of great quality, fragrant, the taste is round with velvety and soft tannins as well as being slightly fruity. It certainly has a remarkable capacity for ageing.
Family estate inherited from the maternal side, taken over in 1978, it covers an area of 6 hectares in the municipalities of Puligny, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. In order to respect the terroirs, the estate is managed in a sustainable way, they do not use weedkillers and only plow to preserve the soil. All the wines are vinified in the traditional way. Attention, this wine is highly sought after.
