As is often the case with the Caveau de Bacchus, this wine has remarkable finesse and a marvellous aromatic palette!
An excellent cuvée that will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the tasting thanks to its superb freshness but also its spicy (clove, nutmeg) and gourmet structure! Indeed, this Trousseau has everything to please. Its red and black fruit aromas and its warmth will make you spend a superb moment of conviviality!

CAVEAU DE BACCHUS - LUCIEN AVIET ET FILS

Created by Lucien Aviet, legendary figure of Jurassic viticulture, the Caveau de Bacchus is a small estate located in Montiny les Arsures. Lucien and his son Vincent amaze and seduce with their wines with a strong personality imbued with their terroir. They work this small 6 hectare estate with passion, with great respect for the fruit and the processes: work in sustainable control, chasing, digging, scratching, vinification in old-fashioned vats without adding yeast… A very nice discovery to share!
