LEAVE YOUR REVIEWVery nice aromatic concentration! The structure is dense and the tannins well integrated. A wine that can be aged for a few years in the cellar, but you will appreciate it now, decanted a little early!
It was in 1976 that the Roux family began to create their own wine. For the record, Château la Pirouette takes its name from the locality in which it is situated. At the time, Mr Roux (Michèle Roux's father), a farmer, married a winegrower. Together in 1978, they decided to use their fertilized land to plant their own vineyard. For several generations now, the Roux family has enjoyed taking special care of their vines. They cultivate their vines according to the principles of sustainable viticulture, in order to produce a wine as healthy as their father did at the time, as it has always been a priority for the family to bring out the best in the soil. A great concern for the environment imposes increased vigilance on them, but modern techniques used in oenology allow them to make constant progress.
