Amarone della Valpolicella Cavolo comes from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Brigaldara estate, known for its quality wines and passion for the winemaking. The grapes are carefully selected, which gives these wines their richness. Here, all the noble components of the fruit are kept and transferred to the wines. Produced in the greatest tradition, Cavolo offers powerful aromas of red fruits, accompanied by vanilla and spicy notes. The palate is velvety and perfectly structured and balanced.
