Domaine Deshenry's, the desire to make the best possible wines with the quality and flavour emblematic of the Languedoc!
Since Roman antiquity and until the Middle Ages, the Benedictine monks of this estate have taken care of vineyards and for centuries, a solid knowledge of vine growing and wine making has been built up. Through this Pinot Noir, 800 years of history are shared with us, with aromas typical of the region and its know-how. Red fruits such as cherry bring a frank and structured mouth to the tasting. It is a perfect and assertive balance that we discover through these fine and supple flavours at the same time. The wine is a perfect match for grilled meat and cheese, appreciated by all red wine lovers!

DOMAINE DESHENRY'S

For five generations, Domaine Deshenry's has been producing wine in the commune of Alignan-du-Vent in Languedoc. This wine-producing estate, which belongs to the Bouchard family, takes its name from the first name Henry, borne by the various successive managers. Today, the estate covers about 55 hectares and grows its vines on different terroirs. The grape varieties are chosen according to their compatibility with each soil. Dedicated to the Côtes de Thongue IGP, the estate now produces balanced and intense wines.
