DOMAINE VINCENT PINARD

It is in Bué, in a small village in the Center of the Sancerre appellation, that Domaine Vincent Pinard is revealed vintage after vintage thanks to the quality of its wines. In both white and red, the Domaine excels in part thanks to the arrival of two sons of Vincent and Cosette: Florent and Clément Pinard. The Pinard family now owns a 17-hectare estate on the most beautiful clay-limestone terroirs in the region. The management of the vineyard is part of the purest ancestral know-how. Nothing really revolutionary here: the work is focused on the passion for grapes and the love of superb parcels, experience and talent do the rest. The organic approach, almost inseparable from the parcel approach, is applied wisely, without any fanaticism, combined with a non-interventionist beneficial thought, always exalting a little more the personality of each terroir. The work is done exclusively by hand, and the use of phytosanitary products is here completely prohibited. The aim is to express very sincerely the pure expression of the terroir. Small yields, short pruning and green harvests, all the potential of the Sancerre terroir is expressed in the bottles of Domaine Vincent Pinard today considered to belong to the greatest wines of France.
