LEAVE YOUR REVIEWA wonderful addition to the Auzias range this is an immensely gluggable wine which is great as an aperitif but which will stand up to most dishes throughout a meal. Bought a few bottles to try and after tasting one went straight back and ordered more.
A fantastic find. A red with great depth of flavour and lots of berry taste. Really pleasing development on the palate. We consumed with cheese. Will be buying more of this.
I am an undisputed fan of this new "Cité des Vents" range! I find the blends remarkably well done, we find a smooth wine, accessible and yet not lacking in substance on the palate with lovely aromas that blend together in a perfectly harmonious aromatic palette!
Domaine Auzias is located a stone's throw from the City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, on the gentle slopes of the Black Mountain, the easternmost area of the South-West and the westernmost of Languedoc-Roussillon. This exploitation of Château Auzias-Paretlongue in Cabardès, has a very old vineyard and a deep history which dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. A family domaine and lasting through its generations which advocates respect for traditions guaranteeing the artisanal quality of its wines. Particularly characteristic of Cabardès, it is certainly, with its 160 ha in one piece, one of the largest private wine estates in Languedoc.
