Composed of Rolle and Grenache blanc, this beautiful white is a luminous wine!
Planted at high altitude, in a small, forgotten valley in the heart of Provence, the whites develop an aromatic richness with freshness and finesse, and flesh agreeably balanced by pleasant tart notes. Airy and marked by subtle notes of apricot and peony, Éole white displays tension and purity up to the finish. This Provence white is a delight!

DOMAINE D'ÉOLE

The Eole estate was born from a dream, that of creating great wines expressing the magic of the Alpilles swept by the sun and the mistral. From the start in 1993, organic cultivation was obvious to protect this wonderful land and its biodiversity. The continual search for excellence has guided the other essential choices: traditional grape varieties, controlled yields, manual harvesting at optimal maturity, a minimum of interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar in order to respect the purity of the grapes as much as possible. These efforts direct their daily work to guarantee each year colorful wines rich in aromas and full of finesse.
