LES ACACIAS 2021 - DOMAINE LE SOLLIER

0,75 L White Wine / France / Languedoc-Roussillon / Cévennes IGP / 13,5 % vol

Minéral Complex Dominant Viognier
EU organic farming
Two blind tastings, two times a favourite of our sommeliers. This white really had everyone in agreement!
Les Acacias is frankly one of those wines that makes us love our job as wine-merchants: this ultra-exclusive white that is definitely not available everywhere filled us with enthusiasm. Original without being eccentric, it releases with extreme generosity its aromas of flowers and dried fruit, the whole balanced by lovely mineral tension and flavoursome roasty-toastiness. We love it and can't resist sharing it with you!

DOMAINE LE SOLLIER

Located in the north-west of the Gard department, at an altitude of some 300 meters on the foothills of the Cévennes, the Le Sollier estate has been managed for many years by the Olivier family. Since 2006, Nicolas and more recently his brother Thomas, both passionate and persevering, have taken over the operation under the protective eye of their father. Thanks to this family heritage and their solid skills in viticulture and oenology, the Olivier brothers achieve with great finesse their greatest ambition: to produce great Languedoc wines while respecting sustainable agriculture.
