It has character and power but it already reveals its delicacy after a few years, it has everything of a great wine!
Tito Zuccardi is a slightly different blend from year to year. It is nevertheless composed mainly of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ancellota and Caladoc from the Uco Valley near Mendoza. It is made in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts, 40% of the wine is aged in 500 litre French oak barrels while the rest is left in concrete. Ruby red with purple hues, it has red fruit and well-integrated herbal notes. On the palate, it is deep and well structured, with a return of red fruit and herbs for a full, harmonious body that preludes a lingering finish. It has great ageing potential and will be at its best in about 10 years. It goes well with meats in sauce, spicy dishes but also grilled meats and roasts.
