Far more subtle and interesting than other Bordeaux sauvignon blancs at a similar price.
Maybe the Sauvignon Gris gives it this complexity?
17th century castle, surrounded by a park, owned by the Demonchaux family (Jacques, Alice, Aurélien) since 1970. Château Pierrail is a vast area of 250 hectares, a veritable haven of greenery with its rural park and its gardens, adjoining the rows of vines and walnut orchards... while respecting the environment.
