This man of infectious optimism and boundless energy quickly made a name for himself in the wine region of Burgundy. Building on success in France, he exports his red and white Burgundy wines all over the world. The Jean-Claude Boisset house practices drastic wine selections that leave no flaws, so as to vinify only with perfect grapes. The goal of each cuvée is to transcend the Burgundy terroir and bring out its essence, so that man can stand aside in front of the expression of the earth. To achieve this result, Domaine Jean-Claude Boisset is harvested by hand, so that the grapes can all be ripe, and give as much aroma as possible.
