A fresh and delicate wine, representative and captivating of Italian flavours... and organic!
Like every wine, the story begins with a family. This wine bears the name of the family that has run the estate for three generations. In 1928, Carlo Botter and his wife started retailing wines in bulk and in large glass jars and have become, today in Italy and already in the post-war period, a model in the world of oenology. Primitivo perfectly embodies the will of these enthusiasts. This wine shares both the freshness and the crispness of the fruit, of plum and cherry. On the palate, subtle spicy notes of coffee and vanilla coat the mouth and blend perfectly with the marmalade flavours. A structured and well-balanced wine on the palate, with long and delicate tannins, enhanced by a light acidity that is very pleasant. A wine rich in flavour and character, to discover the world of Italian wines!
