This single-plot cuvée was made from grapes from the plot called "la Chaize". This vine is distinguished by its perfect exposure on an extremely steep hillside. An intoxicating blend of red fruits and spices, this ample and very fragrant Brouilly offers us a most pleasant and very qualitative tasting. Its rich and well-melted tannins assert themselves right down to its delicate finish, a real delicacy! To be tasted today and rediscovered after a few years of cellaring. Stock up!
