At the Domaine d'Aigues Belles, Gilles Palatan produces wines that are different from all that is made around, with one main idea: to give joy to those who drink them! In the constant search for the best balance between the soil, the plant and the winemaker. We find this balance in the great classic cuvée, where aromas and nuances agree for our greatest pleasure. It reveals flavours of stewed fruit and spicy notes. The woody side due to the barrel ageing, remains integrated as desired. A wine in the image of its creator: simple and generous!
