A delightful rosé that's light, crisp and fruity. It offers lovely red and black fruit aromas, particularly cherry and blackcurrant. This wine is full-bodied and balanced on the palate with beautiful flavours on the finish. A sound investment - more than good value for this Pays d'Oc. It will pair perfectly with summer food, such as barbecues and salads.

DOMAINES PAUL MAS

The Paul Mas estates reflect the richness and diversity of the Languedoc terroir. The Mas family has been cultivating vines since 1892. From this great line of winegrowers, it was in 2000 that Jean-Claude Mas, winemaker and owner, created a network of estates. partners to claim the rural luxury of Languedoc on the basis of the 35 ha of vineyard bequeathed by his father Paul Mas. With now more than 750 ha of vines in ownership, including 100 ha in organic, to which are added the 1450 ha of vineyards of the 80 associated winegrowers, Jean-Claude Mas works the wines with authenticity and refinement. What to compose with 45 different grape varieties, indigenous or noble on the formidable diversity of Languedoc terroir between sea and mountains where the wind is a major element of the typicality of the region. to develop great wines for the pleasure of all.
