Crispness and youth are the strengths of this beautifully elegant Côtes de Provence!
With a clear, light lychee colour, the nose is fruity and intense. The crisp attack develops onto pleasant, complex notes of mandarin and woodland fruits. Its crispness and youth are its strengths. A typical rosé that will pair with gourmet salads, grills and Mediterranean cooking, such as Provençal ratatouille or red mullet.

DOMAINE DE LA FOUQUETTE

Domaine de la Fouquette, engaged in organic farming (certified by Ecocert), has been a family property for 3 generations. It is located in the heart of the Massif des Maures in the commune of Mayons, a village nicknamed the violet of the Moors. The 16 hectare vineyard is located on the foothills of the Massif des Maures (northern slope) on shale clay soil with an acid pH. It enjoys remarkable sunshine from morning to evening.
