This Pierres de Moulin receives special attention to produce a magnificent characteristic vintage. With a light peach pink colour, this wine is marked by its explosive bouquet of exotic fruits and citrus fruits (pink grapefruit). The palate is perfectly balanced between freshness and roundness... DOMAINE DE LA FOUQUETTE

Domaine de la Fouquette, engaged in organic farming (certified by Ecocert), has been a family property for 3 generations. It is located in the heart of the Massif des Maures in the commune of Mayons, a village nicknamed the violet of the Moors. The 16 hectare vineyard is located on the foothills of the Massif des Maures (northern slope) on shale clay soil with an acid pH. It enjoys remarkable sunshine from morning to evening.
