This magnificent white wine from the Golan Heights presents aromas of passion fruit, lime, melon and green apple, accentuated by light flinty notes. On the palate, this white wine is fruity and deep, with a medium body. This slightly full-bodied and refreshing wine has a very nice length. An exceptional vintage on the Golan Heights. A small part of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels, which added body and complexity. Ready to drink as soon as it comes out, Yarden Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed within two years of its vintage. To be discovered as soon as possible!

GOLAN HEIGHTS WINERY

Golan Heights Estate is an Israeli winery located in Katzrin, built on the site of a Mishnaic period farming village in the Golan Heights. It is the third largest vineyard in Israel. In 2012, Golan Heights Winery was named New World Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast magazine. From its inception to today, the winery continues to deepen and make its mark in the Israeli wine world. The Golan derives its grapes from sixteen vineyards located in the Golan Heights and a vineyard located in the Upper Galilee. The chief winemaker is Victor Schoenfeld, originally from Napa.
