This vintage Blanc de Blancs is made from the selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from the Domaine. The subtle nose opens with pastry and toasted notes of dried fruits and candied clementines. These aromas, reflecting a great evolution, bloom in a light palate with almost exotic fruitiness. A rare, lively and sparkling wine that will go wonderfully with white meat or fish in sauce.
