In this family where the cultivation of the vine and the making of wine is a know-how that has been passed down from generation to generation since the 15th century, Patrick, Jean-Marc and Thomas Sorin produce red wines, white wines, rosé wines and a sparkling wine that combines tradition and modernity. We find in their delicate vintages all the love of the land, a land worked with the permanent concern of a reasoned vine culture. This passion results in the frank expression of a terroir through the 6 appellations produced by the estate: Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre white and red, Bourgogne Rosé, Beaune 1er Cru Champs Pimont to which are added their special vintages. A long line of winegrowers, therefore, who, both vine and cellar side, manage the entire production process up to bottling to offer only the best: The quality of the wine.
