This wine it made a big impression on us on tasting. What stands out the most is the texture of the wine, offering rare silkiness and remarkable smoothness. The expression is carried by the freshness of the fruit which gives it an incredible juiciness. A wine that should evolve beautifully. You can already enjoy it by opening it half an hour before tasting, you'll be amazed!

GUÍMARO

In the early 1990s, the very young Pedro Rodriguez Perez renewed his family's long tradition of colleiteros (vine growers) by founding Adegas Guimaro with the help of his parents. With passion and energy in gives a new couple to the ancestral property and to viticulture in Ribeira Sacra. Pedro was also supported by the notoriety of star winemaker Raul Perez, who recognizes an exceptional terroir in the Guimaro plots. Today, Pedro Rodriguez Perez's wines are crafted with total respect for the living with an organic approach without chemicals. Wines are sought after by sommeliers all over the world and we are very proud to be able to offer them to our amateur clientele.
