The nose of the airy La Charmette reveals a very pleasant mineral touch with floral notes that evolve well in the glass. All these aromas combine in the second nose, enhanced with sweet spices and subtle touches of toast. The palate is fine, toned and persistent, it is an exquisitely-made Pouilly-Fumé to enjoy all year round as an aperitif or with delicacies such as monkfish medallions!
