A red wine without added sulphites for a 100% authentic taste!
The vines of this Anjou come from a terroir in the hottest zone of the region, thus benefiting from a particularly high-level of sunshine and less precipitation than average. These exceptional natural conditions favour a very healthy harvest, anchored in rational and sustainable viticulture (Terra Vitis, HVE). It is therefore logical that this blend has subsequently been vinified without added sulphites in order to put more emphasis on the natural profile and terroir of this Anjou filled with freshness and delicacy. Lovers of natural wines will be delighted, sceptics will be won over!
