The Dievole estate is one of the oldest estates in Italy. It is located in the Castelnuovo Berardenga region, one of the best terroirs in Chianti. Dievole, originally 'Dio vuole', the divine will, was first mentioned in 1090. For almost a thousand years, the estate has known many owners. The estate was recreated in 1979 and bought in 2013 by billionaire and wine lover Alejandro Pedro Bulgheroni. The management of the Dievole estate has been renewed. For the production of the wines, the great winemaker Alberto Antonini was hired. Thanks to his expertise, the famous oenologist had previously contributed to the many successes of the big names Antinori and Frescobald for example. He completely converted the estate to organic production, hence the official certification in 2017. On the 600 hectares of the property, there is an impressive biodiversity (fields, meadows, olive groves and forests). The 150 hectares are divided into sixteen vineyards and are devoted to the cultivation of the vine. Currently, the Dievole range is one of the region's must-sees.
