Domaine Bessa Valley is located in Bulgaria, land of archeology! The name of the Valley derives from the Tribe des Besses, reputed to be the most rebellious. It firmly guarded the sanctuary of Dionysus 2,500 years ago. Today, the population is very cosmopolitan and wine is an integral part of the culture. The estate is impressive (surface area of 205 ha including 140 ha of vines). The owner is none other than the Count Stephan Von Neipperg (owner of many large vineyards in Saint-Emilion). The estate enjoys a continental climate thanks to its position between the Rhodope mountain and the Maritsa river. Everything is done with the greatest respect for nature, people, the vine and its fruits.
