ROUGE GORGE 2020 - DOMAINE DE BELLIVIÈRE

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Loire / Côteaux du Loir AOC / 14 % vol / 100% Pineau D'Aunis

Biodyvin (biodynamic certification) EU organic farming
Extreme refinement, a rare grape variety vinified by a master hand!
An exceptional cuvée, 100% Pineau D'Aunis, this is a pleasant rarity that is not afraid to please the most discerning palate. "Rouge-Gorge" is named after the robin that returns in the spring. The yields of this wine are very limited with only 2500 l/ha to maintain the material and elegance. This wine has a very airy nose with spices and red summer fruits. Upon opening, rose emerges with a noble vegetable touch that is very exciting. The palate is trimmed in lace with a fine and silky texture with great length. The tannins are of rare finesse, a high-flying Pineau D'Aunis to discover immediately!

DOMAINE DE BELLIVIÈRE

Passionate about wines, Eric and Christine decide to rehabilitate an old farm in Lhomme, in the Sarthe. From there was born the Domaine de Bellivière in 1995. Today it has around 20 hectares of vines spread over 5 municipalities located along the banks of the Loire river and its tributaries. The estate produces white wines from Chenin Blanc in AOC Jasnières, but also cuvées from other grape varieties under the IGP Val de Loire.
