0,75 L Red Wine / France / Beaujolais / Côte de Brouilly AOC / 13,5 % vol / 100% Gamay

AB (organic wine)
A wine for those in the know to discover now!!! A great juice with a rare and unequalled finesse in the region!
This Côte de Brouilly "Les Grillés" from a plot selection is naturally vinified before being aged for 11 months in barrels. These vines over 60 years old deliver a fragrant nose with opulent spicy notes. The fine aromas of stone fruit coupled with menthol and liquorice come together for our intense pleasure. On the palate, juice and a silky texture are what stand out first, supported by elegance and good minerality in the image of the greatest wines of the region.

PIERRE COTTON

Coming from the same generation as Jules Métras and Yann Bertrand, Pierre Cotton hopes to give Beaujolais a boost, too often deserted by young talents. This young winegrower began by devoting himself to motorcycle mechanics before deciding to become an oenologist at the age of 20. He currently operates around 5 hectares of vineyards, located in one of the most prestigious and fastest growing Beaujolais regions. He and his family vinify in an old cellar dating from the 18th century. The vineyard covers 1 hectare. On average, its vines are almost 65 years old.
