LA PETITE BETE 2020 - LES VIGNOBLES TERRASSOUS

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Languedoc-Roussillon / Côtes Catalanes IGP / 14,5 % vol

Screw cap High Environmental Value certification
The crisp and juicy wine par excellence: an explosion of fruit to be enjoyed anywhere and on all occasions!
If there is a wine where the concept of the screw cap makes sense it is the Petite Bête, a wine which perfectly takes on the freshness of the fruit. Its well-rounded and suave palate abounds with delicious notes of blackberries and blackcurrants followed by delicate nuances of heath. A little gem at an incredibly affordable price, which received largely positive results at the tasting!

LES VIGNOBLES TERRASSOUS

This cooperative, which brings together 70 winegrowers, founded in 1932, is located in the heart of Aspres in the south of the Pyrénées Orientales. It spreads out its vines on the first foothills of the fabulous Mont Canigou terroir, a place of expression and very complex geology, making the great wines of Roussillon. The Terrassous winegrowers cultivate nearly 700 hectares, combining ancestral know-how and modern techniques of vineyard management and winemaking. More than 90% of the vineyard is classified as wine of Protected Designation of Origin and is carried out in reasoned agriculture reducing as much as possible the treatments in favour of "soft" cultivation methods. Each plot benefits from the full attention of the winegrower within his family farm, from pruning to harvest.
