Delicate and enveloping palate, mineral finish marked by a remarkable aromatic persistence. Tasted as a starter accompanied by pan-fried scallops in butter, it's the perfect combination!more reviews

Chardonnay as we like it: fresh, suave and endowed with a lovely aromatic palette. This is a cuvée not to be missed!
An appellation close to Chassagne-Montrachet, the Saint-Aubin 1er Cru recalls certain character traits! This Le Charmois cuvée reveals an elegant bouquet, focused on floral and mineral notes, and whose amplitude and generosity on the palate we never cease to appreciate. This wine, both fresh and enveloping, is a marvel to associate with a noble fish for a great tasting. Already pleasant in its youth, you will appreciate its long, sapid finish all the more after a few years of cellaring. Will you be patient enough?

MAISON CHANDESAIS

Maison Chandesais a wine estate, but also a family business founded in 1933 by Émile Chandesais, and located in the Burgundy region, in the town of Fontaine, in the heart of the famous Côte Chalonnaise. It has prospered over the years by ensuring the vinification, ageing and marketing of its Burgundy wines, which promises the quality of their wines and respect for the traditions of the estate. Then, in 1993, Émile Chandesais sold his company to the “Compagnie Vinicole de Bourgogne, a subsidiary of the Picard Vins et Spiritueux group”, allowing the growth of the activities of the domaine, but always in the idea of respecting the heritage as well as local practices.
