Once upon a time, in Burgundy, there was a young man named Jean-Christophe Perraud. All his life, he grew up on the family farm, which at that time was a member of the cooperative cellar. One fine day, the young man undertook viticultural studies which made him more valiant and motivated than ever. He then had the idea of taking a few hectares out of the cooperative cellar to try his hand at producing his own wine, until he finally vinified the whole estate. And that's how Perraud's work was born. True magic potions, these wines have seduced many professional and amateur tasters from all over the world and are far from having finished their meteoric rise. A young winemaker to watch closely... and this is a true story!
