0,75 L White Wine / France / Alsace / Alsace Grand Cru AOC / 13,5 % vol / 100% Riesling

AB (organic wine) EU organic farming
An exceptional wine that combines power and elegance, ideal to accompany distinguished cuisine!
This Riesling Grand Cru Altenberg from Berheim opens delicately with remarkable intensity with citrus, floral and spicy notes. On the palate, you will love its intensity and its distinguished character which reveals an imposing and tasty structure. The finish is very persistent and allows you to best appreciate this very refined wine. Very long on the palate and finely mineral, it will be appreciated especially alongside noble fish accompanied by a delicate sauce.

GUSTAVE LORENTZ

Founded in 1936 on the Bergheim hillsides in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, the Gustave Lorentz estate has 33 hectares of vines all grown organically. This Alsatian estate defines its vintner job in these words: " one can only be a vintner with a real passion: the ruggedness of the natural environment, the endless work it needs and the noble results achieved each year demand that passion that drives us. This approach results on a homogeneous and well-calibrated range, combining a regular good quality and a great availability of the wines...one of the restaurants' favourite estates!
