Sunny, warm and generous, a truly powerful Châteauneuf that deserves a few years in the cellar to settle down. Nevertheless it is already so good and velvety that it will be difficult to remain patient. Beautiful notes of ripe fruit and spices, a delight! more reviews

A divine wine! Its silky tannins offer an airy sensation, of great lightness.
With an exuberant fragrance as usual, the Habemus Papam cuvée seduces with a rich and spicy fruit, but above all with this slight fresh vegetal side. Juicy, rather rich and smooth on the palate, its tannins still seem young and powerful, nevertheless showing great accuracy and balance.

DOMAINE SANTA DUC

With the courage of their convictions and tireless work, these Gigondas wine-makers have replaced olive trees with vines. And they have made a name for themselves. A rare, wild bird oversees the vineyard here - the Eurasian eagle owl, known as Canta duc in Provençal, has become Santa Duc over time. Located at the foot of the small chain of mountains, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Santa Duc vineyards flourish with the indulgent touch of Yves Gras, the wine-maker who is as diligent as he is ambitious. Passionate about observing, he takes the time to consider nature to better understand and sense each and every vintage as it unfolds. He lends extreme significance to each stage of the wine-making process and this exacting approach is reflected in his generous, meaty and concentrated wines - lauded many times by Robert Parker.
