An excellent, renewed experience. All in freshness, floral and fruity. Very suitable with scallops or fish. It also goes perfectly with an aperitif or a starter.more reviews

Remarkable value for money for such an appellation, unearthed by our experts at the Paris Wine fair!
This Pouilly Fumé is a magnificent affair! Praised by the press, this is a very expressive wine which offers great richness. The palate is elegant, supported by the characteristic mineral freshness of the Château Favray terroir. It is a real domaine wine that goes wonderfully well with seafood, fish, white meat and cheese!

CHATEAU FAVRAY

Yet anchored in the history of Loire wines, Château Favray had completely disappeared until the beginning of the 20th century. It was in 1981 that Quentin David decided to start restoring the estate. Since then, the vines have thrived again on 16 hectares, planted on limestone hillsides that surround the Château and offer high quality wines.
