The bubbles are fine, and the champagne is very well balanced. The texture is very pleasant on the palate. It is a true gastronomic champagne, perfect with foie gras!
A smiling producer with such a jovial face can only produce Champagne worthy of the pleasures of life. Respectful of the environment and truly passionate about his profession, the winemaker Michel Furdyna composes entirely on the estate superb, frank and generous Champagnes for very modest prices in view of the increasing quality of his work and the numerous medals to his credit.
