LEAVE YOUR REVIEWNice and fruity nose with jammy blackberry and oak notes. Spicy and dry palate with limited fruit, quite oaky. Simple but nice, although a bit over on the oak. Good value.
Powerful and intense wine on the palate, maybe a little too much and too acidic too but still a good wine with a good piece of beef, a good match. Interesting quality to price ratio
A delicious wine. Intense wine, with hints of liquorice. Not very fruity and intense in the mouth. It was a surprise. Perhaps a little acidic but I will definitely repeat.
This is a very powerful blend to be enjoyed with a roast pig in the oven. The combination of toasted meat and powerful flavours fills the palate with a beautiful length.
Disappointingly, I am a regular at Plan de Dieu. This wine has aged badly and does not have the expected characteristics. It is a very classic Côtes du Rhône villages from the local bar. To be disposed of quickly with a game.
Very strong wine on the palate, an interesting quality to price ratio. Wines used to accompany game and which married perfectly. I recommend it.
this wine deserves me to take a little time to give my opinion, it is simply fantastic, among the Cote du Rhone wines I have tried in its price range it is number 1
The Rhone area is very much represented in this bottle. A wine that does not need ageing but pleasant for a simple evening with friends
Intense on the palate from the first sip. Very present red fruit. Need to be served at the right temperature to release all the aromas. Drink now.
Good body on the palate. Deserved a few more years of cellaring to develop its full potential. Appreciated by my Italian friends who are very chauvinistic... with some reason.
Romain Duvernay is a talented oenologist associated with newRhône Millésimes, recognised by his peers as one of the finest palates in the region. After honing his skills in Bordeaux, Languedoc, Burgundy and a national restaurant distributor, he quickly fell in love with all the resources of the Rhône Valley and moved there in the early 1900s. Knowing all the subtleties of the grape varieties and terroirs, Romain Duvernay gave birth in 2010 to the brand that bears his name, and has been making wines with talent from both the northern and southern appellations of the valley. Aware of the development potential of a region as rich as the Rhône Valley, Jean-Marc Pottiez decided in early 2016 to create the newRhône Millésimes house, by associating himself with Romain and his Signature brand. It is with a degree of exigency each year sharper that this duo intends to continue the development of this house by working with the greatest rigour each of the grape varieties that make up the charm of the Rhône Valley.
