MELON A QUEUE ROUGE 2019 - CAVEAU DE BACCHUS

0,75 L White Wine / France / Jura / Arbois AOC / 14 % vol

Vivacity and fruitiness - with this Melon à Queue Rouge, Bacchus proves once again that it can hold its head high next to the big wineries!
This Melon à Queue Rouge, made using the grape of the same name, which is the ancestor of Chardonnay, seduces us with an explosion of very subtle aromas of white flowers, yellow fruits and vanilla. Sophisticated, ample and lively, this Jura wine offers a beautiful, flavour-filled palate. A superb wine that will surprise your guests! Drink it, but not in moderation!

CAVEAU DE BACCHUS - LUCIEN AVIET ET FILS

Created by Lucien Aviet, legendary figure of Jurassic viticulture, the Caveau de Bacchus is a small estate located in Montiny les Arsures. Lucien and his son Vincent amaze and seduce with their wines with a strong personality imbued with their terroir. They work this small 6 hectare estate with passion, with great respect for the fruit and the processes: work in sustainable control, chasing, digging, scratching, vinification in old-fashioned vats without adding yeast… A very nice discovery to share!
