Wine grower in Givry since 1977, François Lumpp created his own estate in 1991. The estate is gradually expanding to reach a current size of 9.5 Ha with plots and very high quality grape varieties. François settled down on his own with four hectares, Isabelle, still a teacher, gradually joined him to devote herself completely to the estate a few years later. Pierre moved to the estate as a partner in 2014, then his sister Anne-Cécile gradually joined the team. The work in the cellar takes place in the continuity of the work of the vine, as simply as possible, with the aim of letting the terroir express itself. About 12 months of aging are carried out on each of the cuvées. They are then bottled in accordance with the lunar calendar.
