BURGUNDY PINOT NOIR - SIEUR AUBRY 2020 - DOMAINE DU MONT VERRIER

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Burgundy / Bourgogne AOC / 12 % vol

High Environmental Value certification
A superb introduction to Burgundy: With two medals and a period in the barrel, it is so confident and self-assured that "Sieur Aubry" overturns preconceived ideas!
An unusual Burgundy! Where the extraction of fruit and colour was pushed to the maximum! The nose is aromatic and powerful, dominated by stewed fruit aromas. Then the palate is mouthfilling and structured with voluptuous tannins, the body is strong but maintains the precious balance between acidity and alcohol. Finally we find a pleasant aftertaste in the image of this great tasting, synonymous with great potential!

MONT VERRIER

Located equidistant from Lyon and Mâcon, in the south of Great Burgundy Viticultural, the Domaine du Mont Verrier has only one slogan "Biodiversity & Terroir"! This family estate, whose origins date back to the 17th century, spares no effort to promote sustainable development. Their vines extend over approximately 40 hectares, in the heart of the Beaujolais appellation and in the south of Burgundy, all cultivated using sustainable methods. Consecration in 2019 with the obtaining of the HEV High Environmental Value certification level 3. Today we find a mix in the vineyard allowing to obtain a better balance by promoting the expression of the terroir while following a method which combines tradition and modernity.
