LEAVE YOUR REVIEWAn elegant Saint-Julien with relatively soft tannins for the appellation! We find notes of black fruits, as well as a fine mineral framework very appreciable.
Review left on CONNETABLE DE TALBOT 2019 - SECOND WINE OF CHATEAU TALBOTExcellent quality to price ratio for lovers of Saint-Julien. Never disappointed, it can be kept to appreciate it even more. A beautiful aromatic power while remaining very fine, a very elegant wine.
A second wine which does not demerit, a beautiful structure and a balance worthy of the greatest. Still a young vintage, to be enjoyed with a family meal and cheese platter.
A rather fruity wine with a lot of deliciousness. It has a nose of flowers which gives it freshness. It goes perfectly with white cheeses.
Never disappointed, always very good! The château is well known and, to be honest, the quality to price ratio for this wine is ideal. I'm thinking of keeping a few bottles to see how they last.
Quite rightly popular with Médoc wines lovers, Château Talbot embodies the quintessence of the Saint-Julien appellation thanks to its generous, stable wines that are built for ageing. Run for many years by the Cordier family, the work in the vineyards is managed by the famous Stéphane Derenoncourt, thanks to whom the cru is now at its best. The latest vintages produced, which are exceptional, benefit from the latest investments undertaken at the estate, while still remaining at affordable prices. Undoubtedly one of the best deals of the appellation!
